First Lady, Minister Yashica S. Felton is a native of Alexandria, Louisiana. She is the loving daughter of Tim and Diane Stafford. She attended college at Northwestern State University of Natchitoches, Louisiana where she studied Sociology. In addition, she has completed studies in Accounting and Real Estate College and is currently attending American Military University.
